Lower Elementary Homeroom Teacher (Grades 1-3)

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time homeroom teacher to join our Lower Elementary department, covering grades 1-3. The individual chosen for this position will be responsible for delivering lessons that meet established curricular standards while fostering a secure and supportive learning environment, inspired by the love of Jesus for every child.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading Chapel or Social Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions
- Overseeing students in various environments
- Participating in and contributing to departmental and all-school meetings
- Collaborating on various school improvement initiatives
- Communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrative staff
- Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or equivalent experience working with elementary students
- Knowledge of effective teaching strategies for core subjects tailored to elementary learners
- A valid teaching license is preferred
- Experience in a classroom setting with young children
- A strong faith in Jesus Christ and a dedication to nurturing that relationship
- English as a primary language
Compensation
The starting salary is set between ฿530,000 to ฿1,000,000+. Salary adjustments will be considered based on the type of degree, teaching certifications, prior experience at ICSN, and total years of teaching experience.
Annual benefits include an airfare stipend, housing allowance, comprehensive health insurance for the employee and their dependents, a provident fund, and additional perks. For families, benefits also include a monthly child stipend and complimentary tuition.
