Work Location:

This role requires on-site presence at the specified location; remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities:

• Attend educational conferences and workshops.
• Engage with parents and school officials about student progress.
• Assess and document students' academic development.
• Participate in teacher training sessions and educational conferences.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Provide tutoring assistance.
• Supervise teaching assistants and guide student teachers.
• Assign and evaluate homework.
• Create course content aligned with the curriculum.
• Recognize individual learning needs of children.
• Lead activities that promote physical, mental, and social development, as well as school readiness.
• Develop and implement remedial programs for students needing additional support.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate assessments.
• Instruct students using lessons, discussions, multimedia presentations, and field trips.

Credentials:

• Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
