CP Coordinator - Aug 2026

We are seeking a skilled CP Coordinator to become part of our esteemed team at GEMS Education in Dubai, with a start date in August 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver both strategic and operational guidance for the IB Career-related Programme (CP), ensuring complete adherence to IB standards, practices, and philosophy.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of the CP curriculum, which includes essential components such as Personal and Professional Skills (PPS), Reflective Project, Language Development, and Service Learning.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department and subject educators to guarantee effective integration of CP pathways into the broader Secondary curriculum.
• Take the lead on student progress, assessment, and reporting within the CP, ensuring robust tracking, support, and intervention as needed.
• Oversee IB compliance, documentation, and program evaluations, including preparation for IB verification, evaluation, and authorization processes.
• Foster the development of CP teaching staff through professional development, guidance, and quality assurance.
• Serve as a primary contact for students and parents, offering insights on CP pathways, post-16 options, and potential progression routes.
• Build and sustain external partnerships relevant to CP pathways, which may include vocational providers, universities, and industry collaborators.
• Participate in whole-school initiatives, engage in Secondary leadership discussions, and contribute to cross-programme collaboration as appropriate.
• Advocate for the CP as a premium, aspirational pathway that enhances student engagement, retention, and progression.
