OPASKWAYAK EDUCATION SERVICES INC. IS HIRING 1 Data Entry Clerk (Term)
SUMMARY: The Data Entry Clerk will be tasked with the precise entry, updating, verification, and maintenance of data in both digital and physical formats, while upholding confidentiality, efficiency, and data integrity. This role is crucial within the Post Secondary Department, ensuring that Opaskwayak Education Services Inc. maintains accurate, organized, and secure records for its Post Secondary Program.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Primary responsibilities:
- Perform data entry in the “Class” section of SAGE Intaact for all post-secondary students from the start of SAGE to the present—2023 to 2026.
- Undergo training for SAGE PSP Reports, which are essential for Indigenous Services Canada reporting.
- Create reports for the Post-Secondary Program, including annual reports related to personalized student funding and overall budget allocations.
- Develop visual representations for reports, such as charts, pie graphs, and bar graphs, among others.
Secondary responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently input data from physical documents into the SAGE system for Post-Secondary, including cheque requisitions and purchase requisitions, as well as printouts of approved SAGE requests for Post-Secondary Counsellors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning documents and managing correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with post-secondary counsellors to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality by safeguarding sensitive information, including Post-Secondary data.
