Qualifications:

• A recognized UK teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE, or an equivalent (PGCE/PGDE must be supported by a relevant Bachelor’s Degree).

Successful candidates will possess:

Preferred attributes:

• A specialization in Biology (initial degree in Biology).

Important notes:

Greek Applicants - You must possess a relevant degree and have completed the registry of teachers for private schools (Epetirida), or hold the qualifications to do so. Note that international qualifications are not recognized as qualified teacher status for Greek candidates within Greece.

International Applicants - You must have a relevant degree from the same country as your passport, along with a relevant teaching qualification from that country. UK applicants must have QTS with a Department for Education Teacher Reference Number. Please be aware that the iPGCE is not currently recognized in Greece, and language qualifications such as TESOL and DELTA are not accepted.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
