We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and approachable Admissions Officer to enhance our thriving international school community.

The Admissions Officer is crucial in providing an exceptional experience for prospective families, guiding them from the initial inquiry through to enrolment. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for education and customer service.

This position is vital in showcasing Campion School’s values and educational offerings to families interested in joining our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions & Family Engagement

• Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment across the entire school.

• Act as the primary contact, representing the school with professionalism to prospective families and partners.

• Offer prompt, clear, and professional responses to inquiries.

• Support families throughout the application and assessment phases.

• Assist in coordinating open days and school tours.

• Conduct tours and meetings with potential families.

Admissions Administration

• Keep precise records of inquiries, applications, and enrolments.

• Manage admissions paperwork and ensure adherence to school policies.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new students and families.

Data & Systems

• Update and maintain admissions data within the school’s MIS system.

• Monitor admissions pipeline activities and assist in reporting on inquiry and enrolment patterns.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.

Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and marketing department.

• Support initiatives aimed at increasing enrolment and enhancing family engagement.

• Contribute to a positive experience for both prospective and current families.

Candidate Profile

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• High organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor.

• Proficient in IT with familiarity in databases or MIS systems.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience in admissions.

• Experience in an international or private school setting.

• Knowledge of the international education landscape.

• Proficiency in the Greek language.
