Middle School English Teacher (grades 7-9)
About This Role
CINEC is on the lookout for a full-time English teacher for the 2026-27 academic year at the Canadian Program of Shanghai Taiwanese Children School in Shanghai, China.
Founded in 2015, Shanghai Taiwanese Children's School provides elementary, middle, and high school education, offering both Taiwanese and Canadian curricula to Taiwanese families residing in mainland China. The school’s success is significantly attributed to high-quality English language instruction delivered by certified native English-speaking teachers. The Canadian Standard Curriculum (CSC) program at Shanghai Taiwanese Children School (SHTCS) is rooted in CINEC’s over twenty years of experience in delivering exceptional educational programming in China. This CSC program emphasizes English language development through two primary components: engaging and age-appropriate English language education, and the interdisciplinary application of English in lessons that align with the United Nations Sustainability goals, featured in a component known as English in Action.
