About This Role

Job Role

In this position, you will foster an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere where students can acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for achieving academic excellence and personal development. The teacher will collaborate with the school community, uphold the institution's values, and make meaningful contributions to its broader activities.

Job Responsibilities

Curriculum & Learning

· Guide the implementation of the EYFS framework to ensure it caters to the diverse needs of all learners.

· Assess planning, evaluation, and learning environments to guarantee they are engaging, inclusive, and suitable for developmental stages.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

· Actively engage in staff meetings, CPD sessions, school activities, and co-curricular programs.

· Work in partnership with year groups and subject teams to maintain curriculum coherence.

· Organize CPD opportunities focused on early childhood education.

· Help cultivate a positive and inclusive school culture.

Partnership with Parents

· Involve parents as key partners in their child's educational journey through effective communication, workshops, and regular updates.

· Lead or participate in EYFS events, assemblies, and learning exhibitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education.

Postgraduate Certificate in Education or Postgraduate Diploma in Education with QTS.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience within the British Curriculum in a comparable role.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
