Qualifications:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferable
- Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stage 2
- Willingness to collaborate and share exemplary practices
- Possess a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
- Proven history of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
