Whole School Art Teacher

Yas School is seeking a remarkable Whole School Art Teacher to join our community in August 2026 for the 2026-2027 academic year, or potentially earlier if possible.

We are searching for a passionate individual who is dedicated to upholding the values of our school while honoring the rich culture and heritage of the UAE. Yas School adheres to the Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum, focusing on inclusive education, enrichment, and preparing students for future challenges. Established in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school, serving over 1750 boys and girls on our extensive campus.

We are in need of an experienced educator with a background in either UK or US curricula, and ideally familiarity with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

In your position at Yas School, you will be tasked with delivering dynamic and impactful lessons that enhance students’ academic success, personal growth, and overall well-being. You will play a critical role in empowering students to reach their full potential, equipping them to thrive as competitive global citizens while honoring and promoting the UAE’s heritage and Emirati identity.

As an educator, you will foster strong relationships and maintain open communication with parents, colleagues, and students, ensuring that academic and behavioral expectations align with the school’s values and policies. Your dedication to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment will motivate all students to excel.

The ideal candidate will fulfill the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in the relevant subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills in English and Arabic are highly desirable.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or in the process of acquiring one.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
