We are seeking an inspiring and forward thinking leader to join us as our Head of Vocational Studies Faculty (TLR 2c). This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive a dynamic vocational curriculum that equips students with the practical skills, industry knowledge and career focused pathways they need to thrive beyond school.

As the strategic lead for Vocational Studies, you will champion high quality teaching across BTEC, Cambridge National/Technical Awards, NCFE and other vocational qualifications. You will guide curriculum development, lead and develop a dedicated team, and ensure rigorous assessment, quality assurance and strong employer links that enrich students’ learning experiences.
