Physical Education Teacher - April 2026

GEMS United Indian School is seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced Physical Education Teacher to become part of our team starting in April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that are in line with the curriculum and meet school standards.
- Teach essential subjects using differentiated instruction tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of students.
- Employ a range of teaching techniques and resources, including digital tools and technology, to enhance the learning experience.
- Integrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and inquiry-based learning approaches into everyday lessons.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment that promotes independence, confidence, and curiosity among students.
- Keep accurate and thorough records of student performance and compile detailed progress reports.
- Establish and uphold clear classroom routines while maintaining high expectations for student behavior and academic performance.
- Manage the classroom effectively to ensure a safe, engaging, respectful atmosphere conducive to positive learning behaviors.
- Comply with and uphold all school policies related to discipline, safeguarding, and student welfare.
- Foster positive relationships with students, supporting their social-emotional well-being.
- Actively participate in extracurricular activities, school events, assemblies, and educational field trips.
- Prioritize the safety, welfare, and well-being of students at all times.
- Ensure that all GEMS policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct are consistently implemented.
