The Marketing and Communications department plays a crucial role in shaping perceptions and connections with the College. We are in search of an experienced leader in people and operations to instill structure, consistency, and momentum across our marketing, communications, and digital initiatives.
As the Marketing and Communications Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Communications, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence on a daily basis and facilitating strategic initiatives. This position guarantees effective workflows, optimal resource utilization, quality assurance, and the successful implementation of impactful campaigns. Additionally, the incumbent will manage market research efforts to yield insights into audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
This position requires a hands-on approach, necessitating a strong background in marketing and communications, effective people management abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across the College, including with Admissions, Development, Heads of School, and other staff involved in external messaging.
