About This Role

The Role

This role seeks to challenge a versatile technical production, live sound, or technical theatre graduate who is ready to embrace the full breadth of the work of the Creative and Performing Arts Faculty. As an established department, the focus of this role is to help enhance the faculty's provision across the whole school by providing high-quality technical support for events such as school productions, concerts and shows. There will be a significant emphasis on managing and running AV, technology, and lighting for a high volume of live music events, both indoors and outdoors. The post holder will maximise the use of our purpose-built facilities, including the 600-seat theatre and two Black Box theatres, and there will be many opportunities available to lead in certain technical areas and continue the growth of creative and performing arts provision at DBS.

Remuneration


This will include:

  • On-site accommodation.

  • Start and end of contract flights.

  • Medical insurance (for dependent spouse and children too).

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
