HR Officer

The HR Officer will deliver a high-quality and efficient human resources service throughout the School, providing effective administrative support at every phase of the employee lifecycle. This position has a specific focus on absence management, initiatives aimed at staff wellbeing, the employee probation and appraisal systems, and the offboarding process. The individual in this role will be instrumental in ensuring that these processes are executed smoothly and consistently. Additionally, they will assist the HR Manager with various HR-related issues and serve as a point of contact for colleagues, managers, and the Executive Team, as needed.
