The successful applicant will take on the role of Curriculum Area Manager for Sociology, leading a well-established and highly competent team of subject experts. You will be an integral part of the broader faculty management group, contributing to strategic objectives and fostering ongoing improvements throughout the program.
With over 600 students engaged in A level Sociology, this is a vibrant and expansive area. You will collaborate with seasoned colleagues in a supportive and cooperative environment, with ample opportunities to exchange best practices and influence the curriculum's direction. This position presents an excellent chance to infuse your expertise, innovative ideas, and leadership into an already successful team.
In addition to your leadership and instructional duties, you will also serve as a personal tutor, offering pastoral support and guidance to students, ensuring they receive the assistance needed for their success.
