The Academic Principal of Secondary School plays a pivotal role in providing strategic academic leadership while ensuring exceptional standards in teaching, learning, and academic outcomes across all disciplines. This position merges visionary oversight with practical management of academic initiatives, curriculum development, teacher training, and student success within an international framework (such as IGCSE, A-Level, or AP). The Academic Principal collaborates closely with the Headmaster of School to foster comprehensive school development and ensure alignment with the institution’s mission, core values, and strategic objectives.
