This is an exciting time to join Tibshelf Community School as we make a significant investment in the continued development of our SEND provision. As part of our wider inclusion strategy, we are expanding our team through the recruitment of four new colleagues, strengthening our capacity to provide high-quality, personalised support and ensure that every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

The role will support a consistent, person-centred approach for pupils and families and will enable the SENDCO to retain strategic and professional leadership of SEND while statutory coordination, tracking and assurance activity is managed effectively.
