Location: Cognition and Learning Unit, Morgans Primary School

Are you a passionate SEN Teacher who believes every child deserves personalised, inclusive education? Join our newly established Cognition and Learning Unit within a warm, supportive mainstream primary school.

About the Role

You’ll teach a small group of around 12 pupils (KS1 & KS2) with cognition and learning needs, delivering highly personalised learning while supporting planned integration into mainstream classes for up to 50% of the week.

You’ll play a key role in shaping a new provision and making a real, lasting impact on children’s outcomes.

What Youll Do

Deliver high‑quality, differentiated teaching aligned to EHCP outcomes
Use specialist strategies for communication, literacy, SEMH and complex SEND
Assess, track and celebrate pupil progress
Support inclusion and advise mainstream staff
Work closely with families, professionals and support staff
Contribute to the development of the new Unit and wider school practice
