Unity Education Trust seeks to appoint a calm and reliable adult with strong communication skills who would like the opportunity to support children for 1 hour each day as a Midday Supervisory Assistant at Wimbotsham and Stow Academy. Midday supervisors support the children by serving their lunches, supervising play inside or outside and clearing away food safely.

This role requires a firm but fair approach to communicate effectively and appropriately with the young people. Although supporting these pupils can be challenging, the rewards are immense as we see them develop and succeed in their education supported in a safe setting focused on positive relationships.
