Cycle 1 Arabic Homeroom Teacher

Yas School is seeking a committed Cycle 1 Arabic Homeroom Teacher to join our team in August 2026 for the academic year 2026-2027, or earlier if possible.

Founded in 2015, we are the largest single-campus K-12 government school, serving over 1750 boys and girls on our spacious campus.

We seek a qualified educator with experience in UK or US curricula, ideally with knowledge of the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum.

As part of the teaching team at Yas School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that foster students' academic growth, personal development, and overall well-being. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their maximum potential while equipping them to thrive as competitive global citizens, all while embracing and promoting the UAE’s heritage and Emirati identity.

In this role, you will build strong relationships and maintain open lines of communication with parents, colleagues, and students, ensuring that high academic and behavioral standards are consistently maintained in line with the school’s values and policies. You will be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that motivates every student to excel.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education in the relevant subject area.
• A Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Leadership or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 6 or an equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual skills in English and Arabic are highly preferred.
• A UAE Certified Teaching License or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
