Job Description

In a co-teaching setup, both educators are encouraged to collaboratively plan and swiftly integrate co-teaching strategies into their practices. This approach provides increased opportunities for children to interact with both teachers in the classroom. The mentor teacher remains actively involved, employing strategies that enhance student learning and engagement. The co-teaching partnership fosters collaboration throughout the experience, with a gradual shift in leadership and decision-making responsibilities towards the teacher candidate. This role embodies the principles of positive discipline.
