Why choose Dixons Academies Trust?

Our mission is to tackle educational and social disadvantage in the North. As a school trust, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact where it counts most by providing exceptional education in our schools across Bradford, Leeds, Liverpool, and Greater Manchester, which encompass primary, secondary, all-through, and a standalone sixth form.

- We are guided by our values: we focus on what truly matters with humility; we act with kindness; our motivation stems from mastery, autonomy, and purpose.
- For over 30 years, we have been confronting educational and social disadvantage.
- We have introduced an ambitious flexible working policy to give our teachers more time.
- We are committed to the success of every child and have a highly inclusive approach.
- Our innovative central operations enable educators to concentrate on teaching and learning.
- The professional development and growth of our staff is a priority; every member of Team Dixons receives ongoing coaching.
- We are dedicated to creating a diverse workforce, and our staff collaborate to share resources and alleviate workload.
- We provide hybrid working options and free on-site parking.
- We offer a range of benefits and salary sacrifice schemes (private health, lifestyle perks, and discounts).

In our communities, we work collaboratively to create joyful, rigorous, high-performing schools that maximize attainment, celebrate diversity, foster character development, and build cultural capital. By the age of 18, we aspire for every student to have the opportunity for university or a high-quality apprenticeship.
