The Position

We are seeking a Teaching & Learning Assistant to become part of a highly effective team, delivering classroom support, one-on-one assistance, and small group interventions to students in the Secondary Section. You will be a cooperative team player with a dedicated focus on enhancing student learning and wellbeing.

This position is situated within the Secondary phase. Experience supporting learners up to school-leaving age is crucial, and familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme would be beneficial.

The ideal applicant will:

· Have the ability to assist in one or more curriculum subjects (e.g., maths, science, languages), including the skill to convey concepts in clear and understandable ways;

· Be capable of facilitating small group interventions or revision sessions;

· Effectively utilize classroom technologies, learning platforms, and basic digital tools;

· Monitor student progress and provide accurate feedback to teachers;

· Support positive behavior and consistently apply school policies;
