About the Cambridge Programme
The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme presents an integrated bilingual approach, delivering education that aligns with the Vinschool Education System, the Vietnamese national curriculum, and the Cambridge International Programmes.
Position Overview
We are in search of enthusiastic, qualified, and certified primary educators to join our international teaching team for the academic year 2026–27. The selected candidates will instruct students in the Cambridge Primary Programme, adhering to the appropriate Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Ideal applicants will possess the necessary qualifications and experience, demonstrating a strong dedication to guiding students in both academic and extracurricular endeavors.
Instruct students in Mathematics, English, Global Perspectives, and the Cumulating Project, in accordance with the Cambridge International Curriculum requirements, with a maximum teaching load of 20 hours per week.
•
Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources for classroom instruction and activities, and manage information on the Learning Management System (LMS).
•
Tailor teaching approaches, learning strategies, and instructional materials to accommodate the diverse needs and interests of students.
•
Conduct student assessments, track academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
•
Set classroom standards, observe and assess student performance, behavior, social growth, and health.
•
Engage with teachers, parents, or guardians to review student progress and address any behavioral or academic challenges.
•
Create and implement remedial programs for students who require additional support.
•
Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school functions.
•
Organize and contribute to extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic competitions.
•
Fulfill various professional responsibilities as assigned by the Principal or Director.
Qualifications & Experience
•
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
•
Possession of a Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.
•
Candidates with a Master’s degree will receive preferential consideration.
•
At least 2 years of professional teaching experience (after acquiring a teaching qualification) in a formal school setting.
•
Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum is preferred but not mandatory.
•
Proficiency in English, with a minimum fluency of C1.
