RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of students at the school.

• Utilize assessment effectively to enhance student progress.

• Actively engage in the Development and Appraisal process, maintaining documentation that demonstrates professional growth against set targets.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree and PGCE Education certification are required.
• Essential experience includes teaching the English national curriculum, including GCSE and A-level; international school experience is a plus.

Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills:

• A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to holistic child education.
• A high degree of professionalism and consideration for children's well-being.
• Recent and ongoing involvement in extracurricular activities.
• A positive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Experience with students for whom English is not their first language is advantageous.
