RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and happiness of all pupils at the school.
- Take responsibility for the attainment, progress, and outcomes of your students.
- Utilize assessment effectively to secure continuous student progress.
- Serve as a positive role model, consistently demonstrating the values, attitudes, and behaviors expected of students.
- Uphold the school's policies and high expectations for students, ensuring every pupil benefits from a productive learning environment.
- Actively engage in the Development and Appraisal process, maintaining evidence against set targets that lead to documented professional development.
- Contribute to the school community through both contractual duties and participation in broader events and initiatives that enhance the AAA experience for students.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree and certification in PGCE Education are required.
- Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, including GCSE and A-level, is essential. Experience in an international school setting is a plus.
