School Business Manager
About This Role
We are looking for someone who:
Has the right expertise: Holds a CSBM qualification or equivalent experience with a proven track record in finance and HR.
Is a skilled communicator: Can communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of audiences, from staff and governors to parents and children.
Is highly organized: Can manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and use initiative to solve problems.
Is technically proficient: Has knowledge of SIMS FMS6 or similar school management packages and well as confident IT skills including Microsoft 365.
