Teacher of Biology (HoD Biology)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Teacher of Biology to strengthen our Science department. This fixed-term position involves teaching Biology at the High/Secondary School level, following the UK-GCSE curriculum. The successful applicant will have a passion for science education and a dedication to engaging students while encouraging their academic success.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Biology or a related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the UK-GCSE framework
- Comprehensive knowledge of Biology concepts relevant to secondary education
- Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that accommodate diverse student needs
- Strong classroom management skills
- Competence in using educational technology and resources to foster an interactive learning atmosphere
- Excellent communication abilities with students, parents, and colleagues
