The Role

Position: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo)

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Minimum Experience: 4 years

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Qualified teacher status with experience working with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external agencies
  • Ability to assess individual student needs and develop appropriate support plans
