About This Role

Dove Green Private School (DGPS) takes pride in being a British community school that offers a distinct educational experience in Dubai Investment Park, conveniently located near the Expo 2020 site. Our educational philosophy is rooted in British values, emphasizing respect, tolerance, inclusivity, and a commitment to academic excellence, which helps cultivate well-rounded, globally aware individuals. We aim to establish an environment that respects the rich traditions of British education while encouraging a broader perspective. Our secondary school has recently celebrated remarkable initial iGCSE results and is preparing to introduce its Sixth Form in August 2026. As we move to a new facility that features cutting-edge amenities, we continue to exemplify educational excellence, reflecting the values of a joyful, supportive, and inclusive community school. Our approach to education is progressive and innovative, breaking traditional boundaries. Being the first UK curriculum school in the region, DGPS has earned recognition for its role in educational innovation while maintaining a community-focused ethos that addresses the needs of Dubai's rapidly developing southern sector.

We are on the lookout for passionate, empathetic, and insightful educators who can teach, mentor, and promote growth in our GCSE, new A-Level, and BTEC courses, thus becoming valuable members of a community school with a swiftly improving reputation. As an essential part of our newly expanded team, you will ensure that the British ethos permeates every aspect of our educational practices, fostering an environment where students excel academically and develop a global perspective in alignment with the Dubai Education 33 strategy (E33). This strategy aims to provide a world-class education for every student, adhering to the highest international standards while remaining rooted in Emirati values. E33 celebrates the rich multiculturalism that defines Dubai, ensuring that heritage and diversity play a vital role in the educational journey.

Candidates must be committed to engaging with the local community and building effective partnerships with parents. The ideal candidate will closely align with DGPS's core values and ethos, contributing to a community that integrates the best of British education and E33, while preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world and demonstrating a genuine appreciation for regional values. Above all, we seek perceptive, motivated, and grounded educators who are dedicated to fostering a culture of successful collaboration and progressive learning through our vision of learning and growing together.

Parent feedback truly encapsulates our ethos: "Teachers know my child; they don’t need to look at their laptop to tell me about their progress. That is the most amazing thing. Love the school and the teachers!”

If you are looking for an opportunity to join a high-achieving, joyful, caring, and inclusive school that offers personal growth opportunities, we would be thrilled to hear from you. A proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and drive are essential.
