We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary School Deputy Head for the academic year 2026-2027 to join our forward-thinking leadership team. This Assistant Director position will primarily focus on overseeing the English and Literature department within our High/Secondary School, ensuring the highest standards of the UK-IGCSE curriculum are met.

Key responsibilities encompass supporting the Head of Secondary School in daily operations, improving academic standards, leading curriculum development in English and Literature, mentoring teachers, and fostering a positive educational environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement) in Education or a related field; advanced qualifications are preferred
- A minimum of 5 years teaching experience in secondary education
- Proven leadership experience in an international school setting
- Extensive knowledge of the UK IGCSE curriculum, particularly in English and Literature
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively while promoting collaboration among staff
