About This Role
Arcadia Global School in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our team starting in August 2026. The chosen candidate will work alongside other skilled educators to further the school’s strategic objectives and will be equipped to teach across all secondary Key Stages up to A Level.

Requirements:
• A fully qualified teacher with credentials such as BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable department.
• Demonstrated ability to teach up to GCSE/IGCSE levels with a successful record in student performance outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in delivering and enhancing the curriculum.
• A strong dedication to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
• Exceptional teaching abilities with the capacity to deliver innovative lessons based on modern pedagogical methods and forward-thinking approaches.
• A collaborative team player who effectively engages with their immediate colleagues and the wider school community.

• Employ diverse teaching strategies to engage students, meeting curriculum requirements while addressing all learners' needs through scaffolding and clear objectives.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies, promoting positive behaviors regarding punctuality, conduct, and academic standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the subject’s strategic action plan.
• Communicate effectively with parents about students' academic progress, following school reporting protocols and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Comply with the current policies and procedures of the school.
• Prepare and refresh subject materials, including schemes of work.
