Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the subject area
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge with a genuine passion for Geography that you are excited to impart to students
  • Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, though we welcome applications from new teachers eager to excel
  • Ability to deliver consistently engaging lessons and a proven track record of achieving exceptional results
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication abilities
  • Evidence of commitment to recent professional development relevant to this role
  • Innovative ideas to elevate the department’s profile within the school
  • Proficient ICT skills demonstrating the role of technology in contemporary classrooms
