About This Role

Network International School is looking for a committed, empathetic, and skilled Cover Supervisor for its Secondary School, with the position commencing in August 2026.

The perfect candidate will have:

  • Experience with the English National Curriculum.
  • Experience teaching KS3 English and IGCSE English, and/or other subjects such as KS3 Drama or French.
  • A robust understanding of personalized learning, assessment, and feedback.
  • A genuine passion for supporting the holistic development of students within a nurturing and enriched classroom environment, in addition to fulfilling the role of a pastoral tutor.
  • A strong commitment to engaging in the Extracurricular program.
  • Willingness to participate in the House system, supporting their designated House in competitions and events.
  • Recognized teaching qualifications.

About our English curriculum

In Key Stage Three, our English curriculum focuses on the development of both Language and Literature skills, based on the UK National Curriculum. Most of our students are entered for IGCSE First Language English and IGCSE Literature in English, taught through an integrated approach in Years 10 and 11 using the Cambridge Syllabi. Literature in English is also offered as an option at AS and A Level, following the Cambridge Syllabus.
