Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the subject or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your expertise with students.
- Have experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience is preferred, although new teachers with outstanding aspirations will be considered.
- Ability to deliver consistently inspirational lessons and a proven record of achieving outstanding results.
- Exhibit a collaborative nature and possess strong communication skills.
- Show evidence of commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this role.
- Present ideas that will enhance the department's profile within the school.
- Have ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in contemporary classrooms.
- Show commitment to the extracurricular program.
- Demonstrate commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge.
- Possess an innovative, creative, and positive mindset.
Desirable:
- Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds.
