Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the subject or an equivalent qualification.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing your expertise with students.
• Have experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
• A minimum of three years of teaching experience is preferred, although new teachers with outstanding aspirations will be considered.
• Ability to deliver consistently inspirational lessons and a proven record of achieving outstanding results.
• Exhibit a collaborative nature and possess strong communication skills.
• Show evidence of commitment to recent professional development pertinent to this role.
• Present ideas that will enhance the department's profile within the school.
• Have ICT skills that reflect the integration of technology in contemporary classrooms.
• Show commitment to the extracurricular program.
• Demonstrate commitment to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge.
• Possess an innovative, creative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

• Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds.
