Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our EPG team. The selected candidate will provide psychological support services to students throughout the school, working in close partnership with educators, families, and administration to enhance student well-being and optimize learning outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop individualized support plans for students with diverse needs.
- Provide counseling and intervention services.
- Collaborate with teachers and families to address behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Contribute to staff training initiatives centered on mental health awareness and strategies.
- Help foster a positive school environment that promotes student development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 5 years of experience as a school psychologist or in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with the United Kingdom curriculum is essential.
- Strong skills in assessment, diagnostics, and counseling.
- Excellent communication abilities with children, parents, educators, and colleagues.
- Capability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
