We are seeking to appoint a Progress Tutor to join a college that is committed to transforming the lives of young people across our region. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high quality and personalised pastoral support to the young people of the College, with the overall objective of securing the best possible academic outcomes for all students. Progress Tutors are achievement focused and accountable for the students in their care.

The ideal applicant will be:

• Ability to form meaningful relationships with young people in the 16-19 age range.
• A passion for education and making a difference.
• An understanding of associated external agencies and avenues to support young people.
