The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching in the primary phase, with an emphasis on leading phonics and early reading programs. You will design and execute engaging lessons that build strong literacy foundations, enabling students to develop fluency, confidence, and a genuine enjoyment of reading. This position involves overseeing phonics instruction across the primary phase, supporting colleagues with effective teaching strategies, and actively engaging in curriculum development and enrichment initiatives. You will play a key role in improving early literacy standards and ensuring consistent, high-quality phonics instruction throughout the school.
