Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct Primary Homeroom classes (Level 1-6), fostering a stimulating and positive learning atmosphere.
• Design and implement engaging, differentiated lessons that address students’ academic, emotional, and social needs.
• Uphold high standards of behavior and achievement among students, ensuring an effective classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with peers to enhance teaching methods and exchange best practices.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess a Bachelor's in Education/ BA in Primary Education, along with a post-graduate education qualification (e.g., PGCE/GTP) with QTS.
• Experience in either the UK or abroad, particularly in a British or IB curriculum setting.
• Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice and pedagogical expertise.
• Competent in utilizing technology to enrich the teaching and learning experience.
• Skilled at engaging, motivating, and supporting children, colleagues, and families.
• A reflective educator with creative thinking and innovative approaches in the classroom.
• An enthusiastic team player, eager to engage with the broader school community.
