- Maintain precise and thorough records of student progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Establish and uphold clear classroom routines along with high expectations for behavior and academic performance.
- Effectively manage the classroom to ensure safety, engagement, respect, and positive learning behavior.
- Comply with and uphold all school policies regarding discipline, safeguarding, and student welfare.
- Cultivate positive relationships with students and support their social-emotional development.
- Actively engage in extracurricular activities, school events, assemblies, and educational field trips.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of students at all times.
- Guarantee that all GEMS policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct are consistently upheld.
