Job Description:
As a Math Teacher at International School Al Ahd Charter School, your primary role will involve delivering engaging and effective instruction in advanced-level mathematics. You will enhance student learning by designing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably following the U.S. curriculum
- Strong understanding of advanced middle school math concepts, such as algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus
- Ability to develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and include differentiated instruction strategies
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance the learning experience
