Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Learning

  • Implement a comprehensive, balanced, and creative curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Plan, teach, and assess effectively to ensure all students make substantial progress.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with SEN and EAL.
  • Provide regular feedback and utilize assessment data to inform instruction and goal set.
