We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten Vice Principal to join our leadership team, with an anticipated start date in May or August 2026. The successful candidate will support the Principal in managing the daily operations of the kindergarten program, ensuring high teaching standards and promoting a positive learning environment for our youngest learners.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of the U.S. curriculum designed for Early Years education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and students
- Capability to lead professional development initiatives and provide mentorship to teaching staff
- Proficiency in classroom observation, assessment methods, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail
