HEADTEACHER
About This Role
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Headteacher who:
• Is an excellent leader with high expectations of achievement, behaviour and attendance.
• Will continue developing an environment to enable every pupil to reach their full potential and to experience success.
• Will use their innovative and enthusiastic leadership qualities to support the strong teamwork at the school and will ensure our committed staff continue to grow and develop.
• Will continue to build, develop and maintain strong relationships across the school, the Church and the village community.
• Has proven experience of successful leadership and knows what success looks like.
• Has vision, energy, honesty and loyalty and can inspire and motivate staff and pupils.
• Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain the strong working relationships across the school.
• Has the ability and ambition to continue to raise standards and develop extra-curricular provision.
• Will lead with the vision and energy that brings people together.
• Will enhance and develop collaboration between Staff, Parents, Governors, our local Church and the
wider community.
• Is excited by the opportunities that Nettleham Church of England (Aided) Junior School offers.
