About This Role
- At least three years’ practical experience in Hairdressing, with strong industry knowledge and high professional standards.
- Level 2 and Level 3 Hairdressing qualifications, with Barbering skills or experience in men’s hair.
- Experience supporting apprentices or assessing learners in a salon or industry setting.
- An assessor qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, alongside relevant teaching and learning qualifications.
- Strong IT, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage your workload and use your initiative.
- A professional, reliable approach, with the confidence to build positive relationships with apprentices, employers and colleagues.
