About This Role
We invite applications for the role of Facility Supervisor (On-call casual basis) at Grande Prairie & District Catholic Schools, which serves the regions of Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Sexsmith, and Spirit River. Our committed team of 600 staff members is dedicated to delivering outstanding educational experiences to approximately 5400 students. Our facilities frequently accommodate community groups during evenings and weekends, necessitating the presence of a supervisor during these events.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Opening and closing the facility while overseeing user groups
• Ensuring all equipment is set up and ready for use by groups
• Efficiently organizing and storing equipment.
The working hours for this role will fluctuate based on booking durations, ranging from 2 to 12 hours per day. The hourly pay is $19.00. A recent Police Information Check will be required for the chosen candidate, with the exception of applicants who are minors. We encourage students to apply.
