Job Description:
As an EYFS Teacher at the British International School of Boston, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. Your efforts will help facilitate their development across multiple areas of early childhood education, allowing for creativity and responsiveness to the individual needs of each child without being confined to a rigid curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum educational requirement
- Previous teaching experience is not necessary; however, a genuine passion for interacting with young children is essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to cultivate a nurturing and positive classroom atmosphere
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of children
