The preferred candidate will oversee the strategic enhancement of English across the school, engaging students through innovative lessons in KS3 and KS4, while also creating programs that promote literacy, creativity, and critical thinking. This position includes the development of reading and writing initiatives, enrichment activities, and fostering cross-curricular connections. You will play a vital role in curriculum planning, staff development, and advancing the school’s journey toward IGCSE accreditation.
