We are seeking a dedicated education assistant to work alongside teachers in senior kindergarten. As part of a cohesive teaching team, you will help facilitate the positive growth and development of young girls in the Junior School. Responsibilities:
● Assist Senior Kindergarten teachers with specific tasks and responsibilities
● Provide individual and small group instruction
● Offer support to individual children as required
● Prepare instructional materials and design classroom visual displays
● Work with teachers to organize enriching programs
● Supervise children during lunch and outdoor playtime
● Support the extended care program
● Participate in school events such as Grandparents Day, Sports Day, and school concerts
● Contribute to our co-curricular program

Qualifications:
● Early Childhood Educator or Education Assistant Certificate is preferred
● Education Assistant Certificate/Diploma or equivalent is beneficial
● Prior experience working with young students in an educational context
● Comprehension of the learning styles of young girls
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
● Strong communication skills
● Flexible and innovative when addressing challenges
● Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
● Excellent time management skills

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
